I love wings just as much as the next person. The versatility is insane with so many types of dry rubs and sauces to coat them in! These Sinigang Air Fried Wings use the sinigang calamansi mix flavor packet, then is air fried because… any way to be a little healthy counts! These wings are bursting with flavor — and best part about it is that there is no marinade time! Pop it right into the air fryer. Feel free to give the dry mix a taste and adjust any of the ingredients to your own flavor palate. I was also told that baking powder & cornstarch makes air fryer wings super crispy so I’m going to have to try them next time! Regardless these were so super sarap (aka delicious).   1. Preheat air fryer to wing mode – 400°F.

  2. While air fryer is preheating, make your dry coating! In a small bowl combine sinigang powder mix (1 ½ Tbsp) (I used the Calamansi version from Pamana brand), garlic powder (1 tsp), and black pepper (½ tsp). Mix well.

  3. In a separate bowl add chicken wings (1 ½ lb), pat dry, and toss with olive oil (½ Tbsp). Sprinkle dry mixture over wings and toss to coat thoroughly.

  4. Add chicken to air fryer and cook for 25 minutes, flipping the chicken at the half way mark. If your air fryer has the wings mode, it should automatically prompt you.

  5. Eat on it’s own, with your favorite dipping sauce, or even with a bowl of rice because why not!
